From 8 to 16 October 2015 AITIMA participated in the following international events:
8-9 October PICUM Working Group on Borders and Detention in Istanbul
10-13 October Civil Society Days at the Global Forum for Migation and Development
14-16 October ECRE Annual General Conference at the Hague.
On 1 and 2 October AITIMA volunteers visited a big park and an indoor stadium in Athens so as to offer basic material support to refugees. Our volunteers offered food, clothing, shoes and items for personal hygiene.

On 27 and 28 June the 3 X 3 Basketball Tournament “Block Violence and Racism” was held for the first time in the city of Peiraias.
The tournament was a big success, as over 2.000 children and young people took part.

Our organization offers material support to refugees giving priority to the most vulnerable cases such as families, unaccompanied minors and ill people. This support includes food, clothing, blankets, school material, items of personal hygiene, glasses, hearing and orthopedic aids.
The program of material support is based on the support of companies, foundations and individual citizens.
